Research Services
COST :- $30 (includes p+h) per family name.
This fee covers a search of all Maitland & District Genealogical Society Inc. holdings.
What you need to do :-
- Tell us in typed format or clear writing exactly what you require.
- Please list what research has already been carried out and the sources consulted.
- Where possible copies of certificates and documents should be attached, as well as a brief pedigree chart showing the family being researched.
What you will receive from us :-
- We will provide you with the result of the search undertaken on your behalf, including a report of the sources checked for you. (both successfully and unsuccessfully)
- Where appropriate we will give details of further avenues of research which you can investigate.
- All research will be dealt with, by order of date received, promptly and as accurately as possible.
- You will be advised if there is any additional information available
RESEARCH MAY TAKE 6 TO 8 WEEKS, depending on the number of inquiries received and the availability of the research team.
If you require an immediate receipt or acknowledgment, please include a stamped self-addressed envelope with your request, otherwise your receipt will be returned with the results of your request.
